It is with great enthusiasm that we announce Hammarskjold鈥檚 Senior Drama Class’s presentation of 鈥淭he Addams Family Musical, young@part.鈥� Many are familiar with this wacky family, and this production is an adaptation of the best-selling Broadway Musical. This musical has been described as such:
Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family- a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn鈥檛 upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before- keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s 鈥渘ormal boyfriend and his parents鈥� ()
The show will run December 10 & 11 in Hammarskjold’s gymnasium at 7pm. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased through the main office and at the door.
